Hope Heals Yoga

About My Class

My class is called “The Work” Think Yoga…but with a twist.

60 minutes of exhilarating soul work. Work that will leave you feeling euphoric, transformed and like you can tackle ANYTHING.

It’s a practice that uses music to move the body and activate the mind. By releasing tension from the body, we open up the heart and reach a deeper state of awareness.

About Hope

Hope, a yoga teacher whose own personal journey is a testament to the transformative powers of human resilience and determination. Having been faced with a very challenging cancer diagnosis in her early 20’s, 10 years later she continues to defy the odds and facing each battle, each storm with vigor and grace; and emerging out of the adversity, as a strong guiding light for others.

With a deep understanding of the human experience, you have come to the right place if you are looking to do the work, get unstuck and start tapping into your true potential on and off of the mat.

One of Hope’s passions, born out of her struggle, is a deep sense of compassion for anyone on any kind of personal growth jouney, she understands that growth brings change and that change can feel uncomfortable. Hope will purposely get you feeling uncomfortable so that you can truly be released from your limiting self beliefs by realising that discomfort is merely just that and something not to be feared. ‘If you can endure sitting uncomfortably in the uncertainty, you then have nothing left to fear ‘

Practicing yoga with Hope, empowers the student to tap into their inner warrior, cultivating physical, emotional and mental resilience. Join her on the mat for a journey that will inspire you and transform you.
